Healing Sun Haven LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Healing Sun Haven and Ruhavyn. We build mental wellness technology. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
What we collect
On this marketing site we collect information you submit through contact and newsletter forms (name, email, organization, message). We also collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.
Ruhavyn product data
Inside Ruhavyn, therapy conversations, Sacred Release entries, journals, and mood notes belong to the individual. Employers and institutions see anonymized engagement metrics only, never personal content. We do not sell mental health data. We do not use it to train external models.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary, always on: your cookie choice and a few on-site preferences (such as the colour palette) are kept in your own browser's local storage and are not sent to us; our website platform provider's script also causes Cloudflare to set a security cookie (__cf_bm) that protects against automated abuse. Analytics, only with your permission: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and counts page views and page speed without building a personal profile. Marketing: we use no marketing or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, send requested updates, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and, for product users, provide the sanctuary, safety protocols, and enterprise administration described in our Trust Center.
Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, access controls, audit logging, and deletion on request. Enterprise deployments support SSO, SCIM, and SAML 2.0.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. Ruhavyn is age-verified. Campus programs for students 13+ include informed consent.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to certain processing. Email info@healingsunhaven.com.
